  We were back again in Aug. 2016 and enjoyed another meal. We always love it in this restaurant. The girls are friendly and it is always a good eating experience. We always have chicken but this time also tried the ribs which were delicious. Swill Chalet is one of our favorite places to dine in Truro, and we only have a short list of favorites.

  We stopped in for a meal two weeks ago and told we could not sit in the area we had chosen and were shoved into seats virtually in strangers laps leaving us uncomfortable and and totally p****** off. Our food was brought eventually and while it was good the proximity of a lot of other equally uncomfortable people made leaving a priority. Over half the restaurant was empty while the rest was crammed with people. Most disappointing. They should take lessons in customer service from some other restaurants in town. Won't go back to this location again. Suggest you eat elsewhere if a nice dining experience is your goal.

  Jenn waitress was very rude and the chicken was raw and pink. Waitress and franchises operator was both very rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

  One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Seated at a booth which moved every time the lady behind me moved, service was awful. Washroom was disgimusting , no paper towel , handles broke etc. walked by the kitchen and saw our server stuffing her face, I guess that explained where she was. And felt sick for a week after.
